Came here because I was in Tulare and wanted Mexican. They have a drive thru which is super convenient. The food is good. In the order I got Chile verde nachos and Taquitos which have saucy item on top. I asked if they could separate and the staff did a phenomenal job. My food was crispy! Highly recommend. Great food and even better customer service.

I'm going to tell you the reason I gave Arsenio restaurant all five stars; the customer service was great. Whoever the individual that I talk to through the drive-thru intercom was very respectful very clear, and he made me feel welcome there. In terms of the atmosphere, it was great, clean and just overall wonderful atmosphere. The last part is the reason that I chose Arsenio. The fact that they were the only people after 10:00 p.m. who still served enchiladas while everybody else was selling tacos burritos or Tortas. I specifically wanted the two cheese enchilada with the side of beans and rice and Arsenio made it happen, fresh, delicious and overall great experience.

Always tale care of is! One of the BEST burritos in the Valley! Chili Verde Potatoes Beans and cheese any time of the day Ask to have it cut in half because it is so big and you can save the rest for later. Always want to please. Drive thru is the best

My favorite Mexican food in Tulare. From breakfast burritos to lunch plates, everything is delicious. Daily specials are the best Mon - Wed. Oops, not sure if I was supposed to say that. Great friendly customer service is worth coming back over and over again. I'm glad this location is a lot closer to home.Wheelchair accessibility: One parking spot in front.

Heading up to Madera and was searching for a bomb quick breakfast burrito. Found this place and knew it was good as soon as we walked into the gas station. We got bacon and our son got chorizo. 10/10

Incredibly flavorful burritos! The breakfast burrito with bacon was a hit! The bacon pieces are so incredibly good & some pieces were thick at times - idk where they source their bacon from but it's just the perfect amount of smoke. This place mixes their eggs before adding it to the bacon. The potatoes were fried in oil at least 2x as they were oily but soft! However the burrito did not drip a lot in fat which was surprising! Asada was tender! Make sure to get the burrito supreme if you're into guac and sour cream it def adds another dimensional layer of flavors to your meal! It also doesn't mush together which I really love! Got hooked up with red & green sauce just make sure to ask the nice girls working the cash register for yo sauce when you pay. Worth the drive IMO.
