The quesadilas were delicious. Worth a stop if you're in Tulare and want some tasty and quick Mexican food.
Amazingly delicious, definitely worth the stop during my road trip. You'll get plenty of perfectly seasoned and cooked meat along with fresh veggies (onion cilantro tomato etc). You can also order ahead via phone! Never seen that perk at a roadside food truck before.
Dietary restrictions: No promises regarding cross contamination but the naturally gluten free classics are here (I got the carnitas tacos which have no gluten ingredients).
