I got a taro milkshake with boba with my father along with a grape lemon slushy! I liked my drink and my Dad didn’t have to pay vey much! We had a great father-daughter outing there! We consider coming back next time.
One of the few bubble tea/tapioca/boba places that has good citrus beverages

Happy Lemon in Tulare is a favorite boba spot. The drinks are always spot on, and the boba is always soft and chewy. The best drinks and waffles are offered here. The popcorn chicken and the bubble waffle are a must try, it delicious. The green tea mango with boba is amazing and refreshing, with the perfect combination. If you don’t like it that sweet, just order it with one pump of sugar. The strawberry matcha tea drink and the strawberry shortcake are also loved. The staff is nice, respectful, sweet, friendly, polite, welcoming, and pleasant. Despite how busy the store gets, the staff would always make sure to greet the customer. The employees are very nice, especially the manager or owner, who is very pleasant and friendly. The service is excellent, and the staff always ask if the order is correct on the screen and read the order to make sure it’s correct. The atmosphere itself is bright, clean, vibrant, and overall 10/10. Happy Lemon ultimately became a favorite boba spot to go to.
