Love how clean and modern looking this location is. The breakfast options were plentiful. I decided on French Toast with fresh strawberries and bananas along with eggs, bacon and hash browns. The food tasted great, service was awesome, definitely enjoyed it and will return. Prices are very reasonable with daily specials and variety.
I had the best experience today, like always. The waitress' service was extraordinary! Dory, thank you for treating us so well. We drive from Delano to Tulare for this exact reason. The service is awesome! You are a great asset to this restaurant! Happy Holidays IHOP Tulare Team!

The music took me back. I was reminded this last trip why I haven't been here in years; bad sausage. Gotta have good sausage at a breakfast place. Good enough overall, good enough coffee, big portions and the waitress was great, one of those I don't need to write it down girls.
