My family and I were very excited to try a new pho place in town. My excitement turned into disappointment once we received our meals. My toddler has a peanut allergy, so I always ask for NO peanuts! I ordered 3 meals, and after each meal I ordered, I repeated myself "No peanuts please. My son is allergic". They acknowledged me and said, "okay, no peanuts." Pho Family is a newer, friendly, and super clean restaurant with a chilled, family-friendly atmosphere. The service is good, with welcoming staff, self-seating, and often no waiting. The food is delicious, very flavorful, and has a mouthwatering appearance. Many find the prices good and the food amount versus price great. Portion sizes receive mixed feedback; some find them big and good, while others note the large bowl of pho tends towards a medium size. Specific meals enjoyed include the M Rare Stake pho, B1, #67, #81, and the Bahn mi sandwich #2 BBQ pork. Drinks like the peach tea are liked, but the Vietnamese coffee, while delicious, sometimes comes in a box. The overall vibe has good hospitality, good acoustics, and good vibes.
