This place has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced AND they forget something in my order every single I go there without fail.This last time I went they forgot THREE items in our order and they slammed the window in our face when we asked if everything was in the one small bag they gave us.We have been burned by this place a thousand times and as of now I am swearing off this location forever.Do not eat here. They're flat out awful in all aspects.

I’ve gone to sonic quite a few times before today, and usually it was a good experience, good food, good service. But today I went through the drive thru for lunch and it was just awful. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, a regular cheeseburger, and a hot dog. They gave me a double bacon cheeseburger with no cheese or bacon, a cheeseburger with no cheese, and chicken tenders. I also ordered these as combo meals, so I got 3 drinks, but no straws. The worker gave me a hot dog and straws after I asked, but the hotdog was cold. I was sitting at the window for almost 20 minutes. I would’ve got the burgers corrected, but I didn’t notice until I had already gotten home. Overall I like Sonic, but that worker was awful.

I was absolutely disgusted to find a roach in my drink from Sonic Drive-In. Not only did this ruin my meal, but it also made me question the cleanliness and hygiene standards at this establishment. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I urge others to be cautious when visiting this location.

Ordered a Chili Coney Dog. And barely no chili on it. NOT cool. Plus the french fries tasted like they were left overs from yesterday. Oh...?...that was HUGE no bueno right there! ? And the fact that I had to wait 15 minutes to receive this order. And told that my food was going to be "fresh". ? Definitely not! Don't know what's going with this Sonic location here in Tulare, CA. They use to be so good. Well...5 years ago really.

Went in for a pack of cigarettes and I handed the cashier a 20 and I had to go back in for my change when they didn’t give it to me and when I went back in the female cashier that was working asked for my receipt and I didn’t have it because he didn’t give me one. In the long run I got my money but it was very uncomfortable situation and it makes not want to come back anymore. All ways get your receipt and double check your change before you leave.
Dirty windows at any establishment kills my urge to eat. The view from the drive-thru is not a pleasant one.

So I went through the drive thru to order a sonic blast and was told "its going to be a 20 minute wait due to no staff". I obviously didn't wait, but as I drove past the drive-thru window and a car already waiting, I observed 3 male employees standing around and I didn't see them working, only standing around and talking. Now if it had been 1 employee only, I would have understood, but 3 employees, I don't understand why the long wait.

they are soooo slow i ordered ahead of time on the app got there it said the food was coming out shortly waited 20 minutes it never came i pressed the call buttons at one of the stalls and the lady had told me they gave my order to the wrong person which made no sense because i literally put the stall number that i was at but ok. i gave them extra time maybe an extra 15 min to remake my order just for them to NEVER remake anything or come back outside ..i was so angry i left, next day i had to call customer service to get my refund. so upsetting.

I had a chilli dog and the hot dogs do not taste like they use to. They definitely did not taste like 100% beef. More like the cheap ones mixed with chicken and pork. And the hamburger meat had no flavor at all. This place use to be my favorite and now I will have to find another place to go for lunch. So sad ?
