I would have gave a 5 star review but i had one problem. The barista that we ordered from didn't even give us the correct drink, it was originally a custom drink that was a chai latte but we said double blended so she was being nice and asked if we wanted a frappe instead since it was double blended and we said yes. She gave us a latte.. girl why even ask if your just going to give us a non double blended drink right after you made sure. But anyways, THIS PLACE IS MY FAVORITE...
This SB's wins for most annoying interior experience.The music is SO LOUD!Impossible to hear phone conversations, across the table conversations or TikTok's... Add the blender noise... Add the team shouting to each other because the music is SO LOUD!!!Good thing the weather is nice today. We'll wait for our Uber outside.
I am giving them a 5 not only because they were really fast and clean but most importantly because how friendly and welcoming they were, just great customer service!:)
Kid-friendliness: Yes, great with kids too! My little sister needed to go restroom and I have been trying to teach her while watching her from afar to also learn to ask for herself, so she did and quickly the.same friendly girl that took our order. Saw her and helped her get the restroom open with Mom??
