I HATE THIS PLACE AND THe wORKERS. I am so sick and tired of ordering a caramel frappe-chino and getting no caramel on it. I swear the workers are greedy as hell. Like how you gonna have a bad attitude at 8 in the morning, I’m just trying to get my drink girl. We in the same boat like ?!?! Dis chipotle or what ??? Anyways 0/10 not satisfied, in fact I was quite sad and upset after they handed my drink through the drive through.

Parking: The location is strange.If you’re walking up from the parking lot, be careful because cars are entering and exiting from both sides of the buildings ‘drive thru.

Service is extremely slow especially with online orders. Placed an order that should have been ready by the time we showed up but when we got there they didn't even start on the drinks. Took them over 45 minutes to get 4 drinks done that were already pre-ordered.
Kid-friendliness: They definitely know what a cream base drink is here. The other locations mess them up & still add coffee.

Excellent customer service and the dragon fruit mango refresher drinks were excellent.

I have been going here for a few months and today was my first bad experience! After asking for an iced gingerbread chai they gave me a hot one through drive thru so i let her know and in a few seconds she gave me an iced that tasted ALOT LIKE MINT... i got off and politely asked them for my iced to be made again... 3 ppl there looked at each other and said it would be made again... so i waited.. when handed the drink i tasted it on my way to my car and it tasted even more like mint! At this point i was running late so i left it at that... it really sucks having to pay almost $7 for a drink, and it not to be at least decent... very disappointed.

Ordered 3 ice waters blended and the barista rudely told me “We don’t do that here”. All the blenders they have and they couldn’t do this? And for her to reply to me in this manner? Not a Starbucks I will return to. Very unsatisfied.
