Walked into this specific establishment for the lady at the front to be staring at me with a smug look. I told her my order she added very little of anything I was asking for. Then she overcharged me, charging 2 sandwiches that were the elite version when I got the basic. She also charged me twice for avocado. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times to talk with the manager and my calls are being ignored. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Do not go to this location.

Extremely rude workers.One of the ladies working the toppings around 11 am was very rude. They don’t even welcome you when you walk into the place. I went in with my grandma and all she asked her a question all she did was nod her head and only actually talked to us when we were gonna pay. I find this very disrespectful and rude. You guys should hire people who actually want to work there and make people their food.Extremely rude workers!! Do not recommend for you to come here and if you can go to another location please do. She isn’t the only one who was rude I also had a similar experience with a different worker a few weeks ago. Do you guys just hire whoever applies? Smh. If you dont like working dont work. You ruin the experience for everyone with that rude attitude.
When walking in, they did not acknowledge us being there, they did not listen to any of our orders correctly, one of the ladies ended up dropping my sandwich with the meat inside and proceeded to put it back into my sandwich, than when it came to condiments the older lady dropped a banana pepper by the trash and picked it up with her gloves and put it into the trash can than back on my sandwich not changing out their gloves!

Really bummed with my experience at this location in recent weeks. There has been a new manager hired recently, Luis, who is not careful with orders. He does not change gloves in between putting the meat and cheese on a sandwich to touching the oven or any knives which is a HUGE food safety issue. Additionally, he is argumentative when he gets your order wrong and will not remake your food even if you point out during the making process that something was wrong. He places blame solely on the customer, and claims that any issues resulted from the customer being “upset” even when you approve him politely. Due to his work ethic and character, I won’t be returning to this location and strongly advise against anyone else frequenting here - the customer service has just gone into the gutter.

Our family of eight just walked into this subway at 8:20pm and the 2 women working (one of them named Karen) had just finished cleaning the store, mind you the store hours on a Sunday is 9am - 10pm. When one of the kids ask for the key to the restroom she said that they had just been sprayed and refused the key. The entire time we were ordering they were rude. Terrible customer service. We also had intentions to dine in but all of the tables had been “sprayed” and pushed into non accessible positions for customers to sit. It’s unacceptable for these workers to be closing these stores nearly 2 hours early and treating customers so poorly when they come into eat during store hours.

Was not happy. They advertise all over the front of the store and inside if the store for all their new stuff like the foot long pretzels and yet they don't have them. This has been more than once that subway has done this. Don't advertise if you don't have the product or put a sign out for the public. Probably won't return to any subway again.

The owner has a subway monopoly in Tulare, and because he's greedy, he doesn't participate in the Subway deals that you see on the app, I don't know how corporate allows it! Also, the staff (owner included) are awful and would benefit from some customer service training.

If I can give this place a negative rating in service I would. The lady that works in the morning has no customer service. I walk in and no greeting at all. I'm standing, waiting for her to take my order but she continues cleaning, I continue to awkwardly stand there. When she does acknowledge me it is in a manner as if she doesn't not want to take my order. Been there multiple times thinking and hoping it was going to maybe be someone different taking my order. Makes sense why I'm always the only customer in the store.

Its 9:30 on a saterday and there closed sign says 10pm 2 customers walked up to a locked door with employes inside
The girls were very nice and friendly,, good customer service .. store is always clean
Don't come here looking for any form of genuine customer service. Maria always has an attitude and is standoffish the whole time. Good luck getting your order here.
