Was coming to this location regularly after work. Recently have stopped because the same person working the drive through is very rude. Zero customer service. Messes up order and can't even apologize . Opens the window and stares at you like we are the problem. Going to have to start going a bit further away to get better service.

One of the better drive thru experiences I have had. Bought a Supreme Taco Party Pack, and everything was fresh (and still good almost an hour later when we finally sat down to eat.

Taco bell ? is good when craving for it. But I've noticed they put less meat ? in the tacos and they are soggy within minutes of purchasing. A soggy Taco ? or burrito ? is definitely not good.

nasty I will never have taco bell again. Food tasted like it was spoiled went in and they refused to give me a refund even though I was returning the food I only took one bite. Never again

If I could give it Zero Stars I would. I went at about 10:26 through the drive thru and got three cheesy bean and rice burritos. Simple order. I get my food and take a bite into the second burrito, and I'm literally biting into this nasty wad of hair in my burrito. Literally Disgusting first off. And second, I called the restaurant, the cashier that helped me at the drive through Mark M. Answered the phone. I asked if it was him and he said yes. I told him the issue and he said "oh well you can return it if you don't want it" and as I was responding, he hung up. I called again, and as soon as he heard my voice again he hung the phone up. HORRIBLE customer service. What an absolute disgrace to the service industry. If you hate customer service get another minimum wage job. I was literally gonna say it's fine, just handle it for sanitary reasons, like that's gross. But nah the disrespect from Mark was wild. People like that don't deserve a job. I will be following up with corporate. Order number 312215 on 9/7/23 at 10:26 pm and the order number at the bottom of the receipt is 415.

OMG! what an experience :(My wife had wanted to try Taco Bell during our California road trip and as we were staying in the HillStone Hotel nearby it gave us the ideal opportunity to walk across the expanse of retail parks and give it a go.We ordered using the terminal rather than at the counter and collected out food when our order number/name was called (I can't remember which) and chose to sit down by the main entrance.The food can best be described as tasteless mush that most new borns would turn their noses up at. A bad Mexican McDonalds my wife called it.The clientelle were clearly the "salt of the earth" type and true to form a female member of staff had to ask the mother of a late teens girl who had dived in to the toilet to tell her to stop begging for food from other customers.The mother was polite if not a bit resistant and after a long time dealing with such people I was thinking I might have to step up and give her some support.When the girl did emerge from the toilets mum took her out and they got in to their 4 wheel drive and drove to the next eatery in the adjacent retail park so clearly that message had fallen on deaf ears. They are both clearly very good at begging for food because neither of them could in any way be described as slight or slim.I must congratulate the member of staff on the way she remained calm and unphased because, even though the mum was giving the impression of being compliant and understanding, she was using a slightly menacing tone of voice and was much taller and bigger than the staff member.

The food was like any normal Taco Bell, however they did mis prepare some of our food. They had left meat when my wife and I are not able to eat meat, which usually we don't make a big fuss about. However, when we went through the drive through tonight (5/28/23, 11:27 pm) the woman preparing our order tried to argue that we were incorrect without even looking at our food or receipt. Then upon received of the correct order, it was obvious that she had not added a decent amount of any of our fillings - essentially giving us tortillas for food.
