Used to be my favorite place but now very unhappy with the price and size changes ! Especially the icees almost $4 for a mini small icee, the small isn't a small anymore it's like XS, reach out to corporate do something to change this because it's extremely greedy. Especially for the hard-working parents who want to buy all their kids one afterwork and can't during the one dollar special. During happy hour2-5 why?? Because they are working.

Came inside no customers inside I waited for someone to help me, a girl walked by said someone be right with me waited 5-10 min longer no one came I watched people behind the counter no one was up front so I left they were only focus on drive thru orders. Sad, cause this location is busy with schools and people coming in to eat.

They are always out of ingredients for things at this location & the employees are very rude & slow here. The employees will force you to do as they say or cause a big scene over it making you look like it's your fault when it's their fault & they're in the wrong; like instead of giving you a refund they will force you to substitute the meal you already ordered & paid for with something else if they're out of the ingredients & they don't do it fairly, they will force you to substitute it with something completely different & cheaper than what you paid for.
Ordered ahead, still waited about 15 minutes after checking in. Hit and miss with this place.
