Hubby & I tried to go to the down stairs snack bar on the family floor but it was closed and their other snack place is no longer there, so we reluctantly went up the the casino floor cafeI ordered thier "All American Cheese burger" When asked how I wanted it I said, "medium rare",I was severed a burnt meat patty, I had taken about 3 bites of the burger hoping it would get betterWhen the waitress Nicholle asked how our meal was I told her my burger was well done & showed her, she looks & agrees but offered no solution & left our table as if in a hurryI abandon my burger, I flipped the top of the bun open to show just how burnt the patty was (black) & ate my saladNicholle comes back and retrieves my plate & looks directly at my burger and says, I'm sorry, I would have offered you a new burger if u hadn't of ate so muchHubby & I never asked for a new burger and she never offered a refry or any solution the first time or the second timePoor cooking & poor service, poor tip, we will not be returning??And if asked we will not be recommending the cafe??

The foods are good. They need more server because they have a lot of empty table, but there's a long list with waiting time almost 30 minutes. The plates are still half full the server already put the bill and then came back to check if we already put the credit card to finish the payment.

Went to The Cafe for a birthday dinner. We were very disappointed. We all had fish n chips and the fish was over cooked. My garlic fries were unetable because they were soaked in grease. Service was terrible.! Never going back.

It’s a nice clean, friendly Park with lots to do in the area. It’s one of our favorite Parks and the employees are the best
