I found this spot while heading to a funeral today and it didn't miss a beat on flavor and the smokiness. The folks at the counter extremly kind and patient. The potato salad reminded me of how my family makes it so double thumbs up! I ordered tri-tip and brisket and it didn't disappoint. The bbq sauce was a nice compliment to the smokiness of the meat. The brisket was incredibly flavorful. It was juicy and tender as hell. The ribs were fall off the bone and had great flavor even on their own. When paired with their BBQ sauce, which has a unique peppery, smoky, vinegar-forward taste, it cut through the richness of the brisket perfectly and added another layer of flavor.

The food here is the best BBQ I have found in CA and is on the level of good, Southern BBQ. We got a 2 and 3 meat plate. The flavor is amazing and the portions are generous. Plenty of parking behind the building. If you are reading this and thinking about grabbing a bite here you don't need to read any further, go eat!
