“First time visiting in Arlington Texas. We came on a Sunday after church. We waited about 30 mins which was ok considering. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Kyleigh was our server and she has an amazing spirit ❤️. Very kind hearted and sweet. She offered very good suggestions. I'm from Louisiana and wanted to try this place. It states that it is southern cooking with a California twist. Although the food was very delicious, I'd have to say I tasted more California than anything. Hey, that's not a bad thing though. I'm always interested in trying different twist on southern style/Cajun styles. Overall, we enjoyed it and we'll bring the rest of the family. Great food and atmosphere. Thanks again Kyleigh!! “Jams 209 is our weekly or bi-weekly spot that my family goes too. We love the music, food and our favorite person is Erin because of her great customer service. She goes above and beyond. As regulars we can count on Erin to make sure service is smooth and very hospitable. My husband and I have a weekly lunch date or biweekly and our family enjoys dinner together as often as we can. Thanks Erin for always having a smile, enjoying what you do and for always providing great customer service!! Even when it’s busy you manage to take time to say hello to us and make us feel like family. Your the best!!“

“One of our favorite spots. We have brought several friends and family and boast about the incredible food and service. Only disappointment is the bathrooms. Such a beautiful location with very poor kept bathrooms. Tonight we have a reservation for 2 and got offered high top or the table next to the bathroom when every table but 3 were open. We try to make our date nights special tonight was disappointing with these options. (We reluctantly chose the table next to the bathroom) Our server Priscilla was so sweet she made up for it. But even when we were leaving there were still empty tables. It’s the little things like that, that will make us rethink our choice next time.“

“The food is great and their service can be hit and miss. I do appreciate the variety of selection they offer and the bottomless sides. Their “dirty sodas” are so good too! Highly recommend you try one if you want something a little different. Overall Red Robin is a good choice for a quick bite or delicious burger. Their Donatos pizzas are good too, however the last one I had there was severely lacking- not sure if they switched suppliers or what, but overall I’d try them again.“

“First of all food was delicious this Tuesday night. Had the new French onion chard. The best if you ask me. Lobby cashier was so friendly and had such a positive attitude and greeted my party with a smile. Made ordering a great experience. I’m a regular and she’s definitely a new crew member I’m glad they added. Restaurant was clean, although there were a couple flies flying around. Can’t wait to stop by after soccer practice.“

“This place is truly a must try! We came in from out of town and arrived right when they were closing. Even though they were technically closed, the manager was kind enough to make an exception and let us sit inside and enjoy our meal instead of having to eat in our car. That level of kindness and hospitality meant so much to us.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive the entire time. You can really tell they care about their customers and creating a good experience. The manager went above and beyond for us, and the amazing staff made the experience even better. We are truly grateful for the kindness we were shown. Highly recommend this place if you want great service and genuinely good people!“

“The server, Briana, was very kind and attentive. She offered lots of information about the menu and helped with what I needed. There was no wait time and was seated immediately by a host whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. The food was well, arrived quickly and hot. Portion sizes were exceptional“

To my surprise WHAT A MONSTER BURGER!!!! Was not expecting that burger from an ice cream parlor.

Huge huge beef patties, perfectly cooked, fresh veggies and a delicious pickle. Perfectly toasted buns

Only $14. We'll worth it. Definitely a burger for 2 people.“

“I went with friends to Jack In The Box they order me a bacon cheeseburger it was delicious unfortunately we're limited on funds so we didn't order the milkshakes or the fries but the hamburgers were delicious“

“The door was supposed to be disabled access, but it kept closing, so I had to hold it open while taking my aunt inside in a wheelchair. Staff did not offer to help. We got great food, but the waitress didn't check soon enough to see when we wanted dessert or bring lids for condiments for food we were taking to-go. Prices also wound up higher than we were quoted. The grilled cheese burger and its fries were quite good, but the apple crisp a la mode was my favorite of that outing. My mom also didn't get enough to eat because she had them hold the cilantro rice, and the waitress didn't offer to substitute something else.“
