Food was quite good but the service was horrible! The guy that ‘served’ us obviously didn’t want to be there nor did he seem to like people. Unfortunately when you go in, you pay & tip at the same time. I’d HIGHLY suggest not tipping until after you’ve eaten. He didn’t even have to fake being friendly to get a tip. (We ate there for lunch on Easter Sunday.) We SERIOUSLY wish we could’ve gotten every penny of our tip back! The owner needs to SERIOUSLY re-evaluate his employees & especially the male server. He should not be in any type of job that deals with people. Also, my friend asked for his elder father’s cup of coffee to be refilled & the ‘server’ pointed back & told him to ‘go get it’. Not only was he incredibly rude but we found out that he had to pay for another cup of coffee.We won’t be going back unless it’s To Go, but then we also don’t want to support a business where we’re not treated with any respect!

Appetizer came out after the entrees ? they were out of onion rings and we weren't informed when ordering a burger with onion rings. Service was slow. I'd eat anywhere else but here if I'm downtown

the staff is really weird. Particularly one server acted like we were hiding something or was bad for taking a nicotine break on the sidewalk in front. Then acted like she wanted to have a problem after I put out the nicotine. will not be getting anymore of my money. I'd rather eat s___.

The service was less than bad. I understand that they may have been having a problem in the kitchen. But we waited for 50 minutes for 4 salads while others all around us received their food. We ask 2 times and were assured they would check-nothing. When our food finally came, no apology, no offer of anything even a free refill of our sodas. The food was okay, the ambiance fun. But...

I went in today with my family before heading to the movies. It was very busy and unfortunately they ran out of fries. They offered homemade chips or side salad. My kids opted for chips with their meals and my husband and I with a side salad. The food was absolutely delicious and the server was so nice. She didnt charge lemonade or iced tea to make up for the fries. Before we finished out meal she came out with a side of fries as they sent someone to purchase more. The service, drinks and food were great and we will definitely be returning again.
