If you order a Blackened Salmon, they cut corners. What I got was a salmon that looked like it had been baked in an oven, not pan-seared as it was supposed to be. When I brought this up to ther server she said they use a "blackend seasoning" The salmon should have a dark, almost charred crust, but not burnt. My significant other brought me here for my birthday dinner and let me tell you EVERYTHING WAS PHENOMENAL! Our steaks were the best we’ve ever had and thats across multiple states! The bone marrow butter was delicious! Our appetizer was so yummy, the bacon, heavenly! Our deserts were so good my blue collar hubby was salivating! I highly recommend!!

I don’t usually leave reviews like this. Running a restaurant can’t be easy and I love to support small businesses, but my experience here was disappointing.
