They staffing is very slow but other then that I ordered some zesty nachos and they was good, but there was a time where I sat for almost 30 minutes and not one of them took my order. After the 30 minutes they finally came and took my order and still took over 20 minutes to get my food and I walked out I had to get up and walk out because I was still waiting it was ridiculous.

Came in and waited a while. We were ok till we saw our food sitting in the window for like 15 mins and what looked like a so called manager walked passed it like 4 times while we saw the cooks push it forward but kept ignoring it. Couldn't help the servers lift any stress. Our food was cold. No drinks refilled or even checked on. Worse service every time we came. Never coming back. And it was pretty sticky and dirty

So far every time we come to this location just keeps getting worse. Food sat up in the window for 10 mins waited 40 mins in total from time of seating. I work in the same industry and this would be very fround apon. There was no one else that needed their food everyone was basically checking out. We never even got checked on for coffee or soda refills. Food was cold. Left it behind.

I'm being generous dando 3 stars only because my server is the best. Patty is always attentive, cordial, and a great server.
I always ask to be seated with just like many of her clients. Yesterday, I got to witness the manager Beatriz pretty much kick a family of 5 because they refuse to sit with someone else. Patty had an open table, and Beatriz basically said her way or the highway and thet left.
It's sad to see people leave when they go there for the service to get turned away. I hope it doesn't happen to me. I have been coming here for 25 years. I already lost another good server because this manager. Beatriz fired her because she was too friendly with her clients.
I hope the owner has a talk with Beatriz

I have a bad experience today I take my son and my baby to eat for Valentine’s Day and they told us the wait min are 20 ok so we decided to stay after we get a table they make us wait 1hr for only two hamburger,and I cup of fruit they take the food to others 2 tables they came after me and I didn’t see my food I went and talk to the waitress and she told me oh it’s taking longer because the meat take more time to cook 🙄🤦🏽♀️ and I told her why you take the other peoples food first than us? She said oh because it’s was some easy plates? Really???? One table with 3 people and the others with 2 and big breakfast for each take more that 2 patties funny anwers….

I placed a to go order in advance, and still had to wait about a hour until they gave me my food. I only ordered a burger and fries, and by the time I got home they were cold. Don’t waste your time here.

We ordered online to go, and my husband waited for almost a hour for a burger and fries to be ready… which when we got it, was cold. I also asked for a side of ranch and they never gave it. Very sad with the service :(

This place used to be really decent, Dennys is typically all the same. Recently this location has gone way down hill. The last 3 or 4 times we have ordered food here it has been completely saturated in grease. It is 100% inedible. I’m not sure how anyone would be able to consume the amount of grease they are serving to customers. Disgusting.
