The drinks are great, especially like the Aftershock/Electric berry drinks. Staff is almost too friendly lol. The only downside is sometimes the line is long. But it is definitely good.

The staff are extremely friendly and easy going. They don't make you wait long and their drinks are always on point. The prices are nothing to gawk at but when it comes to the skill and passion put into making their drinks the cost simply doesn't matter.
Vegetarian options: They have options on the type of milk used in drinks including oat and almond
Parking: Parking is right out front of the building
Kid-friendliness: They have drinks for kids so they dont have to be left out when you the parents go and get your morning coffees or smoothies for lunch.

For a couple times now, it appears like they leave some soap residue either in the cups or in the ingredients they use and make my drinks a bit soap-tasting. Iāve always ordered the iced raspberry green tea and it wasnāt always like that. Iāve included a picture to show you what I mean.
My wife loves this place. As such, I'm here at least a couple times a week. The drinks are much better than Starbucks and the staff is extremely friendly. I'm glad at least she likes this place instead of Starbucks ?

I go to this Dutch Bros all the time today had the worst experience nobody was outside, taking orders. They were going one by one to the window. Finally, somebody came out and was taking their time with each car I get people have to order, but when you have two full lines, you would think you would be moving a little bit faster in a polite manner. I get up to the window. She goes through my order and I let her know. Yes I have two of the exact same and I let her know that they needed to have somebody else go outside. She was sitting there, smiling saying we donāt have any one which there was two girls making the drinks and she was just standing there and I asked her what are you doing? Well, itās my job to sit here and communicate with you. Nobodyās job should be standing there and not doing anything And just watching Like you could be making drinks and wiping them down and handing them out she was very rude. My drinks were watered down didnāt even taste like normal was not satisfied with the performance they gave. The girl that was rude her name was Alexis I went back to have them redo my drinks and she was actually helping so I guess her job title is not just standing there. When they remain my drinks, they were still gross so I came over to Monte Vista and I showed them and the guy was like wow those look disgusting and he remade them for me !!! Monte Vista may be busier, but you will get better product
