The service at this location is impeccable. The staff is super friendly and very attentive, especially Laruen. She has always given the best service out of all the employee and definitely gone above and beyond anyone's expectations. The drinks are always better at this location for some reason. Yesterday my order was perfectly fine, although it was a little sweet. Today I decided to do the 1/2 sweet option because I know it would have been the perfect drink that way and I’m not sure if they were just not paying attention but it sure seems like they did the opposite instead of what I requested. My drink is so ridiculously sweet that I literally can’t drink it. Just tastes like complete syrup on ice. I guess reading is really hard!

Not to mention, I’m running late for work while they’re enjoying they’re conversation, cussing and talking about who knows what. I get it you guys have to interact but please be mindful people have stuff to do .

Just went through the drive through on drop day and was line for a long time and didn’t get my drinks till 3:07 they refused to give us the duck on 10/8. Lauren didn’t want to hear us out and refused to hand out while her crew in the back was laughing and smirking at us. I always come here and I’m very disappointed.

The young lady that helped me and took my order was absolutely the best server I personally ever had at any Dutch Brothers throughout California I'll be going back and hopefully I can write her name down she is a beautiful young lady and extremely well manners. Please keep her and give this young lady a raise she definitely is a keeper that manager knew what they were doing when they hired her.

I don’t know the employees name that helped me out today. I asked her favorite rebel drink, and she offered me a ton of options, with her favorite drink that tastes like Sherbet. She did not disappoint in her recommendation, tasted like sherbet sprite punch from a baby shower. So good perfect for my commute!
