El Rosal #3 is a favorite Mexican restaurant, considered the absolute best Mexican food in the valley. The salsa and chips are some of the best in town, with delicious table salsa and the best green sauce ever had. Every dish is delicious, including Camarones Ala diabla, molcajete, enchiladas, Chile rellenos, and nachos with flower chips. The service is great with speedy workers, and the people are always very nice and helpful. A place that remains consistent, it has been a special place since 1998. However, prices have increased, and it no longer feels as family owned. It is usually pretty busy since moving to Golden State and Geer.
