Personally i prefer pan dulce over doughnuts, I don't like overly sweet pastries or excessive frosting. I'm a sucker for a good cream horn, the custard filling here is very good, doesn't have an artificial or bitter aftertaste. The enriched dough breads are soft and tasty, give it a try. Parking in this lot can be a nightmare depending on the time of day, its confusing and tight.
We were in Turlock and finally decided to try this Mexican bakery. I have been wanting to come here because of the reviews and never had the chance to. Don't be fooled by the outside look of the place, it can look scary but it's worth going there. It is a hole in a wall bakery so dont rxpect much. Came here to grab some conchas and whatever baked goodies they have. When you get in, you can grab a tray and tongs to get your own bread from their cabinets.
