“Place looks run down and looks like it’s closed but it’s open. Last we went I was charged for having the bartender make my drink right as it tasted different. Then ended up leaving after 30 mins of not getting our order taken. & wasn’t busy. Use to be a very nice quiet great place to go. Call Jon Taffer to help.“

“Jams 209 is our weekly or bi-weekly spot that my family goes too. We love the music, food and our favorite person is Erin because of her great customer service. She goes above and beyond. As regulars we can count on Erin to make sure service is smooth and very hospitable. My husband and I have a weekly lunch date or biweekly and our family enjoys dinner together as often as we can. Thanks Erin for always having a smile, enjoying what you do and for always providing great customer service!! Even when it’s busy you manage to take time to say hello to us and make us feel like family. Your the best!!“

“The door was supposed to be disabled access, but it kept closing, so I had to hold it open while taking my aunt inside in a wheelchair. Staff did not offer to help. We got great food, but the waitress didn't check soon enough to see when we wanted dessert or bring lids for condiments for food we were taking to-go. Prices also wound up higher than we were quoted. The grilled cheese burger and its fries were quite good, but the apple crisp a la mode was my favorite of that outing. My mom also didn't get enough to eat because she had them hold the cilantro rice, and the waitress didn't offer to substitute something else.“
