Another employee named Robert was genuinely sweet and kind during a stressful moment. The staff went above and beyond for a birthday, writing a Happy Birthday message and decorating cake pop bags. Drinks like the Frappuccino and a grilled cheese were delicious, and customers were very satisfied. However, there are no outlets to plug in a laptop, so it is not recommended for studying or getting work done. Despite this, customers will return for their Starbucks fix.
