This is the nigiri dish and the teriyaki chicken plate at Katana Sushi Bar in Turlock! I got this plate during their happy hour, which is from 9pm-10pm when they have some of their chef assorted sushi for 50% off, so what a deal!!! ? I've eaten here twice now and both experiences were below expectation. The servings are mostly rice and feel quite stingy when considering the price. The fried food tastes burnt and bland. The restaurant itself is nice and the servers do their best but I would not try it again as a result of the poor quality of food.

I stopped in for a bite to eat. After reviewing the menu, I settled for a fresh green salad with Ahi.The waiter was courteous and attentive. He helped me customize my salad. I was very much pleased with the presentation and not to mention the taste. Overall, positive experience. I recommend Katana Sushi for your next meal.Parking: Parking during lunch has never been an issue for me since they have a large parking lot to the side of the restaurant.
