Went to Turlock location for my granddaughters birthday, they were out of filet, the only steak I enjoy..tried New York strip, medium, but was so fatty and tough I couldn’t chew it. Told 3 different staff members it was her 10th birthday, nobody seemed to care. This is my only bad visit at the many different locations I’ve been too, which is why it was so disappointing.
Fall Off the Bone Ribs were dry and so were the replacements they provided. The rest of the food was marginal. Service was good. I ain't goin' back.
The servers are always courteous, always ready & willing to please, management checks in on guests , food comes out in a timely manner & most always the servers seem to work there and are smiling. Other restaurants could learn from them for sure!!
