My wife and I get all of our meals here. Honestly we are really thankful we found this place. We were doing Factor before, but they're so expensive and also full of sodium. Valley Meal Prep is affordable and also lower sodium. They have menu changes pretty regularly which is nice, so you can always have a little variety.

Absolutely no seasoning on half their meals. It's almost like they dont even taste it. For instance their "cajun chicken alfredo" umm noooo lol. Nothin cajun about it! Absolutely no flavor and the pieces of chicken were not cut up and huge and dry. They could have taken an extra minute to cut the chicken into cubes and add some frickin salt! Barely any sauce and they threw 3 tiny florets of broccoli in i guess for effect, because why only 3 tiny pieces???? I've given this place so many chances and tried so many different things but i give up. Who ever prepares these meals does not know what flavor means what so ever. I get you dont wanna overload it with sodium, but come on now!!!! It tastes like cardboard 95 percent of the time! Im done coming here id rather cook for myself on sundays and prep for the week on my own. Also the proteins they use always seem like poor quality like some sysco bulk chicken or i dunno I can't explain it but it's like a school lunch or cafeteria food. Step your game up cuz naw

I placed my order online after seeing a Facebook ad- I'm glad I did! Everything surpassed my expectations! I've gone in several times since to grab a few meals and have not been disappointed yet. The protein brownies and pancakes are amazing!!
