Service is horrible I had to ask someone to go look for my order to begin with. Employees chit chatting and walking by. Orders were stacking up and no one was looking to give everyone who was waiting in the lobby their food. Oh but they took our payment quick. Management has terrible service at this specific store. I ordered a 30 piece family pack 10 boneless and 20 regular wings. When I got home all my wings were flats I called to express I was a bit upset since out of 20 wings all were flats. I spoke to the manager she said there was nothing she could do if I wanted mix chicken (drums and flats) I should have put a request. Gave my order to someone else not cool. Rushed to remake my order not how I expected soggy instead of well done and I ordered all carrots and of course they gave me celery not cool pay attention. Ordered online. Did I say I had to wait again for my food to be made?
