Owner tries really hard, staff is untrained and clueless. Clientele is probably what they train to though. Prices not always accurate, two cashiers are not intelligible and rude when you ask for clarification as if you are insulting them instead of not understanding them (again probably the clientele they are used to dealing with). I was cut off in line three times and the staff did not care. Two things I bought did not make it into the bag and I was not willing to go back to...read full review
This 7-11 sucks. I came here to buy a soda and they didn't want me as a customer. They were unknowledgeable and not service oriented. I didn't need them to get my soda just let me buy it. "That's why I'm not a customer" I told the clerk on my way out. Never again am I coming to this 7-11

The guy working thursday night graveyard (january 16 to jan 17) is really unprofessional. He is too busy talking on his wire phone and meanwhile people are making a line to buy stuff. When we try to get his attention, he seemed bothered and very rudely comes to the cash register with a very unprofessional and negative attitude. Is too bad for owners, but because of people like this businesses go under.
