Do not fall for strawberry horchata. No taste of horchata what so ever or even strawberries. It was frozen sour something. Never had smoothie experience go bad.

Hi, I tried green glowing smoothie twice & I love it. Today I visit Tustin branch to order but I was waiting on the line while the customer & worker keep chatting with irrelevant conversation to the order. The customer super busy with her talking & the worker keep looking to different directions instead of ask the customer to hold the conversation till I order then they could chat as they wish. I decide to leave & not sure to come back.

Terrible. The service took forever and the drink was gross. Waste of time and money. The liquid also leaked from the cup when I tried sipping and wasn’t properly sealed. Avoid this place.

Really good natural smoothies. Farmer Garden has been the only one I tried but def be back for more. Last time I waited 30 mins for a smoothie during lunch rush which I did not mind bc I realized it was due 1 customer ordering about 25 smoothies. Shoutout to the 3 ladies working there

The worst... always has new employees. Don't trust the times. They close earlier and earlier. If someone calls out... closed for day. They shut the coffee down too soon. None of the employees move with sense of urgency. Takes forever like a half hour no exaggeration. The drinks always taste different depending on who makes it. Make this better and hire a bunch of coffee people who know what they're doing

This place is great. All of the employees that I've encountered were so nice. The sandwich options are so great and the smoothies hit the spot. They have a wide variety of fruit and veggies to choose from. Sandwiches range from $7-$12 and smoothies are about $7-$10.

I purchased a Turkey Loaf Meal, at the Whole Food Market, at the District, Tustin, CA. I want to commend the Cashier, Alex and her Supervisor, Katie. The container used for the meal was not beneficial, because, the lid did not stay secure and as a result, the food was exposed to the shopping cart. Alex attempted to secure the container with tape, but, to no avail. I expressed my frustration to Katie and she demonstrated excellent customer service and provided me with a fresh meal and reusable bag which was ideal. The Whole Foods Market, at the District, Tustin, California, has 2 outstanding Employees, which are Assets, to the Establishment and they need to be recognized. Katie should be rewarded, financially, too. I am a very grateful and satisfied Customer and Consumer.

Ordered a custom smoothie (strawberry, blueberry, kale, coconut milk, honey, and banana) and it was ok. Like many others, the cup was very messy. The sides had smoothie all over it and they don't have napkins so you have to walk halfway across whole foods to get them. Most of the banana was not blended and just sitting in the smoothie. I also watched as they had made more then intended. In mom and pop shops they'd normally give you the extra but I think they just threw it out.

Currently two employees working, and both move like the sloth from Zootopia. It been 8 minutes and I ordered one smoothie. Also when I asked for napkins because my cup was dripping smoothie down the side, I was told to walk across the store to "Customer Service" because the smoothie bar doesn't have napkins? Also, got down to the bottom of my smoothie and was met with unblended chunks of fruit. The smoothie was also the Mango Tango but tasted like banana and not at all the mango or pineapple... Pretty disappointed in the customer service since the start of COVID19. I used come here all the time it was good.

Jamboree Juices is located inside of Whole Foods market in Tustin. Sometimes I like to enjoy smoothies as dinner replacements, so it seemed like perfect timing to check out Jamboree Juices since my Chase Freedom account is giving me 5% cash back for Wholefoods. Covid Safety - Staff is wearing face masks and gloves. Plexi glass at the cashier. 6 feet distancing markers by Whole Foods. All customers also must wear face masks to enter Whole Foods. I was trying to be time efficient so I put in my order as I entered the market, so I could grab my groceries while they make my smoothie. I ordered a 24 oz Amazon Berry ($7). I picked this one since it has acai sorbet, blueberries, bananas and apple juice so I liked the antioxidants and flavor combination. So I quickly shop for my kombucha in the main market, and when I came back... my drink was not ready? So confused. When I inquired about it, the staff said someone else must have taken my drink... Whaaattttt!?!?! The staff was apologetic and offered to remake my smoothie. They even gave me some of the other idiot's order to compensate for my time loss. The idiots who took my drink had bad taste and it didn't taste as good as my selection. The color was also wayyyyy off so they must be colorblind on top of being stupid. Nevertheless I felt like staff handled the situation well and tried to quickly solve the issue. I enjoyed my Amazon Berry smoothie and would definitely come back for more the next time I feel like skipping meals for smoothies. It's a pricey habit...
