The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar in Tustin offers a polished vibe with a great wine selection and convenient parking. The food is always reliably good; standout dishes include the Chilean sea bass, which is a must—blackened and perfectly cooked, buttery inside with just the right kick on the crust. The Lobster risotto is a favorite, and the donuts are a must-try. The Fried Calamari is made with Calamari Steak, keeping the dish flavorful and crisp, with a delectable saffron sauce. A 16oz NY Strip cooked perfect all the way through, served family style with Mushroom Medley and Garlic Mashed Potatoes, is also recommended. Service is next level, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing, making it a great spot for business meals, casual get-togethers, or a date night where you can catch the Dodgers playoff game. However, some find the food mediocre during happy hour and prefer the ambiance of the Newport Beach location for a more romantic evening.
