Really enjoyed the Oreo milk shake they offered. The crepe was also amazing with the fresh fruits they had. Customer service was also great and as it was my first time they helped recommend good things off of the menu

Roxana R. was very rude and passive aggressive. She didn’t care when me and my family came in while the store was basically empty. She will discriminate you if you DONT have tattoos. When customers came in with tattoos, she decided to change her deep voice to use her customer service voice and actually be happy to serve them. Beside from that, the strawberry was good as well as the crepe.

They are terrible at this location!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Irvine or Newport beach! They are franchised so they have their own management on each location. This one is the worst one I ever see!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst customer service EVER!!! They made my order wrong and refuse to refund the money! Besides a outrageous price, quality was garbage and it was not the way that I want to. They didn’t have their signs and healthy permit posted, didn’t had a manager and supposedly didn’t had a way to contact anyone who could issue a refund by phone, because they don’t have their phone number. Worst place EVER! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location, they are under a new ownership and I can tell if they started this way things are just gonna get worse. Jesica on the cashier was rude and helpless with me and also with a previous customer that also had a problem with his order right before my turn. I hate places with poor customer service specially when they charge a lot for it!

They treat customers like nothing here! They might get paid for somebody that don’t care about having a business on a long term, because if they keep like that they will run out of business pretty soon
I will always love the hazelnut fruit cups from chocolate bash but I really feel like the quality and quantity of the product iv been getting has gone down drastically in the past six months. While im not trying to detour anyone from trying this place, unless you're going for the coffee, you should know theres a chance youll leave unfulfilled.

Stopped in after dinner for a sweet treat. We ordered the Nutella crêpe with brownie bites with strawberry ice cream. Let me just say, this was made to order and tasted great with the crêpe & brownie bits still warm and the cold ice cream on top was amazing in my mouth. They carried a nice selection of desserts here as prior reviews mentioned. Staff here were friendly and welcoming. I would come back when I'm in this area of Tustin as this location stays open later than the other dessert places around there. There are plenty of parking spots here too.

One of the few places that's open late for desserts or chocolate lovers. They have a decent size menu and they do make things fresh as ordered as well. It is a small little shop with a few seats inside and outside. Anything with Nutella and strawberries will get my attention, so right off the bat I went to build a dessert with crêpe, brownie bits, strawberry ice cream, and Nutella. To wash it down a couple sparkling seltzer waters sounded great. It was really good and rich in flavor but something that would take some help from others as you can slowly start to get overwhelmed by the flavor. Either way it's a nice little shop for late night hangout or sugar rush.
