I had the Texas Hot Polish Sausage. The bread was soft, there was a lot of cheese, and it was HOT. Lots of Jalapeno. The sausage and cheese was okay. The apple also had great bread, but the filling was just canned pie filling, nothing special. Good coffee.
My family loves this place for a quick easy and no mess breakfast. The variety of Kolaches also meets everyone's desires include the kids. The stars are for the savory and egg . We love all of them, especially the potato egg and cheese, chorizo egg and cheese. If you want more flavor, try the chicken enchilada. We do not reccomend the sweet versions, which we tried a couple of times but did not like.
Having been to many locations of the Kolache Factory back in Texas, I can say without a doubt that this Tustin spot is hands down the best Kolache Factory I’ve ever been to.
From the moment you walk in, the difference is night and day—the facility and restaurant are immaculately clean and well-maintained, easily blowing the locations I’ve visited in Houston out of the water.
