Bbq brisket Kolache: It tastes like generic bbq. What do you expect from $3? The brisket was a bit difficult to identify given that bbq sauce reigned supreme in the interior. Plus points for not skimping out on the filling. Service: Nothing to speak of. Staff rang me up, microwaved my Kolache, and I went on my way. Ambiance: The store setup would be concerning if there were a lot of flies due to to open and exposed nature of their products. Given that there were none, all is good. Kitchen/bakery looked nice though.

I learned about the Kolache Factory years ago at one of my workplaces. We ended up loving them so much I began periodically taking in Kolaches to my future workplaces and sometimes even to brunches. Personally, I prefer the breakfast Kolaches with eggs. They don't skimp on the filling so one of these can keep you satiated well into the day. I mostly visit the Tustin location but they do have a Huntington Beach location I've visited too. They do have a website and an app through which you can always know what the featured item is, you can order ahead and find coupons or earn free items (they can get pricey if you're buying a lot of them).

We recently had Kolaches brought into work for breakfast and they were pretty tasty so i decided to get some over the weekend with the family. I wanted to try more than just the breakfast ones. I placed the order online and picked them up later. We ended up getting 12 I think, and a variety of most of the flavors they had. Our favorites were the brisket, the spinach and the enchilada. The more Hispanic type flavors seemed to be a little spicy for some of the family but I enjoyed them. What they didn't like much was the pizza because it was completely filled with pepperoni and we were expecting cheese and sauce but the amount of pepperoni just made it too salty. We also didn't care for the Texas Apple. It would have been helpful to know that this flavor is savory not sweet. It is like brisket with apples in it. The parking is tight since it is a small lot but the service was good. They got our order ready a few minutes before it was due and offered to warm them up. And the staff was very friendly. We will come back at some point for sure and next time we will have a better idea of what to order.

I loveeee stopping here. There are so many varieties of flavors to choose from. I mostly go for the breakfast kolachies. They make for a perfect quick meal. They're also very perfect for road trips since they are easy to eat and not messy. They have a lot more filling than you'd expect too. Other places would have more bread than filling but they absolutely do not skimp here. The workers are nice and they move quickly so you're not waiting long even if there is a long line. Which there usually is in the mornings. Highly recommend if you're in the area

Decent. It was our first Kolache experience so we asked if they would give us one each of their best sellers and I must say maybe the slightly sweet exterior was a bit different than expected but out of all of them, I only really enjoyed the philly cheesesteak Kolache. The customer service was incredible though so we will try again!

My first time trying Kolache Factory was at work & they were so good! I am a breakfast person & I love that they had breakfast options. The sausage & egg & ranchero are my fav! The bread is so soft & so yummy! When I came to this location I realized they also have like other toppings! The service was quick I came early morning it's super small in there & it definitely feels like a grab and go type of place! I will continue returning!

I've been coming here, occasionally, when I'm in the neighborhood around breakfast time. The kolaches are tasty and provide a good variety. Just wish there were more around Orange County. The latest time I went they had a fairly good choice of coffees. Since I like strong coffee, I tried theirs. Excellent!

They individually package each kolache and label the flavor. So when I am passing out the kolaches to the very eager golfers, everyone is excited !! It is seamless to work with her: set up the specifics and choices of my order. She was always accessible, knowledgeable and insightful for Most popular flavors. Besides, Kathy's very professional manner, she is friendly and experienced. I am so dedicated to her and the Kolache Factory in Tustin that it is worth it for me to consider so many things. I live in Palm Desert, near Palm Springs, and the 2 Hour it's always worth it! I highly recommend the Kolache Factory and Tustin, Kathy, the manager, and her various associates to fulfill my requirements.
These things are amazing. Italian chicken and barbecue brisket are my favorite. I recommend this to anybody. All of them are good. I have not found one I did not like. Share it with your friends and family. They love it.

Always an amazing and unique place to get Kolaches. Ordered a variety of them: Pepperoni, Jalapeño Cheese, Texas, Sausage Egg and Cheese, Philly, Italian, Buffalo and 3 Rancheros. I love how they write on the box what you order. Great food always from this location and I highly recommend to try it in the future. My favorite one was the Jalapeno Cheese, super nice and they don’t skimp out on the cheese.

Oh, the freshly baked breads at the Kolache factory are hard to resist! They have different flavors of bread fillings that you will have a hard time deciding which one you will take with you because all of their breads are delicious! Lizzet was the cashier who served me this morning, as shown in the picture with a great smile to greet you and take your orders. She assisted me in downloading the app to start earning points. I got the cherry hazelnut cream as an initial point reward for signing up, but will continue to earn points as you check in every visit and purchase of course! Thanks for the wonderful service, Lizzet! This place is clean, bright, and very accessible!
