They are closed. There's an eviction notice on the doors. Not sure if this is permanent but doesn't look like they're coming back anytime soon.

Slow service and meat is dry as fudge. The place is so slow and empty I'm sure the stuff isn't fresh and has been sitting for awhile. And I'm sorry, but the social media team suck just as much with their copy and paste response. What's the point of emailing if there's no response back or accountability? Edit: Just passed by at 3pm. Looks like they closed down permanently. No workers, customers, or signs are turned on.

Good bbq spot in Tustin. We went and did some 2 meat plates so we could try their brisket and ribs. Solid Texas style smoked meats here.

Not sure if it's just location but 3 times in a row Shame on me DRY BRISKET. For how expensive it is this is just straight up unacceptable. Like I'm not talking a little dry I mean like I couldn't even swallow it. On top of that looking like an idiot ordering from this place

This place is honestly a hit or miss... as far as customer service and quality. I don't usually leave Yelp reviews but today I had to. I paid $17 for pretty much chopped chicken and beef jerky. The beef brisket was either old or over cooked. I was too lazy to drive back so I just pretty much swallowed it with water because it was so dried and hard. I needed a quick source of protein.This location is the closest to me but by far the worse quality of them all. I think the negative reviews from others speak for themselves but management does nothing to change it lol
I'll definitely be ordering and updating the review at a later time because the food was excellent. The only problem was there was no cheese as described or caramelized onions. The pitmaster was extremely gracious and customer appreciation is always key. It made everything taste better. Responding to the reviews also helps too. It makes a patron want to come back to give the chance for the 5 star review.

No specials, you could only buy beef brisket buy the pound not with a meal. Credit card machine didn't work. No ice cream. Everything was in a To go container. Tv's were off. Place was not very clean. I wouldn't go back there at all! Spending $35 for 2 people in that environment is not worth it.

I made an online order this morning. When I saw the order was not being worked through the online tracking, I tried calling the restaurant. The phone number for the restaurant does not work anymore! The door dash delivery lady upon arrival had the restaurant call me because Dickey's couldn't even view my online order and had no idea what I ordered but was still happy to take my money. I had to repeat the order to them and the delivery ended up being an hour late and was missing items. This place is a joke. Order # 28979171 for $200! I will never order from here again.

Even thought their grill and fryer was not working both women working their were supper nice. I had told them it was my first time trying it so it sucked that their grill or fryer was broken they were so nice and suggested so many other things that I could eat that didn't require grilling or frying the food. What they made for me was so delicious and I was so happy and will be back because the ribs they made for me were great .. the ladies were so nice and welcoming.
