My daughter and I like our Vietnamese restaurants. But, this one is a step above. The chef/owner, Janet, grows most of the herbs and many of the vegetables she uses. We started with eggrolls that were filled with beef and pork, and came with homegrown herbs and lettuce to wrap them in and fish sauce to dip in. They were so good, we ate them quickly and forgot to take a picture. We then shared the Blue Crab Fried Rice which was unbelievable, and the Spicy Beef with Noodles that was more flavorful than spicy and absolutely delicious … loaded with sliced beef and some homemade sausage. We washed it down with watermelon slushes with watermelon boba and lychee fruit that were incredible. It was so good, we went back the next day for more egg rolls (got the picture this time), and to try the marinated pork Bahn Mi … which was absolutely the best we’ve ever had. Fresh French roll, creamy flavorful patê, fresh herbs and veggies, and moist tender meat combine for one of the most delicious sandwiches you’ll ever eat.If you are anywhere near EARTH-DELIGHTS, and even if you’re not, make the trek to this unique place. Your tastebuds will thank you.

Good food and nice environment. The Vermicelli is in pretty big portion. The sandwich is fresh and tasty, as from Little Saigon. Only wish we had remembered to say no pepper ?

Looked like a cute place BUT the owner's attitude was HORRIBLE!!!! I do not tolerant anyone yelling at me for not deciding right away what I want (first and last time I go there) OR cussing at me. Walked out and never going back. No excuses.

4.5. food here is pretty good. huge menu. they make pretty much everything in house. ive bought sauces from the fridge and like them all. service is very friendly. you can tell they really care about the product they're putting out. the quality of the meat has been hit or miss for me. banh mi is fine. great egg rolls.

I've been here twice and was disappointed both times. For my most recent purchase, I ordered a banh mi sandwich and the meat tasted burnt. For nearly $9 this was not worth the price point. THH across the street makes better banh mi sandwiches for only $6.

Ingredients are fresh and service is fast. The garlic noodles with filet mignon and the grilled pork sandwich are both good. The fried garlic on top of the noodles is good - you can also buy containers of those and other condiments too.

Food was fantastic and great customer service. Owner was very sweet and personable. Her juices were delicious and healthy. Nothing overly sweet! And went well with our meals. Salmon spring rolls were awesome! Will be coming back again

My husband and I were looking for a good lunch spot close by the dealership after dropping off our car. We were pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the food. You could taste all the the ingredients. I had the pork and shrimp vermicelli along with the artichoke tea. I would say it's the freshest Vietnamese I've had in Orange County.

Son keeps calling and texting me.. I guess he checked the business phone records and now decides to hound me. As far as owner it's sad for the name calling and blame on me for her son's behavior... look never ever stepped foot inside this location before the day of incident and so I don't know about the hassles of this business. Becareful to make sure tips are what you want to pay. My two drinks at $4.75 became $13.40 nice that they added a 30% tip. So I guess I'm Chinese and should go back to my country because I started Covid. Wow speechless

Really tasty! I had their vegan spring rolls and the peanut dipping sauce was amazing. I also tried their turmeric iced tea which was also great. The real star of the show was the house made dried pineapple. 10/10. Would come back just for it.

I've been going here regularly for the last year - the dried fruit, fresh smoothies, chili oil and spring rolls are amazing! Food is homemade and healthy. I'm honestly a bit shocked at the bad reviews because Janet and all the other employees have been here extremely nice to us.

I’ll have mediocre pho for a while and think that I fell out of love with it, just to get some amazing pho and realize I’m still very much in love. This is that pho. So freakin’ good.

Update my review due to the owner's attitude. Customers are not always right, but you definitely can use some reasonings and feedbacks about your attitude, because you're not always right either. 1. Tell me exactly how you made my sandwich then, if not at minute 5 you were pulling the whole thing out of the toaster oven when I asked for the change? Was the meat marinated then cooked upon order? No. Was the bread came to inventory the morning of that day? No. 2. When I told you please don't put pate in the sandwich 5 mins after placing the order, you have the chance to say it's already made and you can't change it. Like I said, that one was my fault and I would have accepted it. But you didn't. Instead, you gave a huge attitude about it, that's bad customer service. Did I once demand you to send me a refund if there's pate? Did I demand you to make changes? No. I ask "Could you please..." and you can simply say "I'm sorry I can't". 3. I remember seeing one of your rude responses that you're no robot when someone reviewed that you got their order wrong and didn't make their order cuz you forgot, so don't you dare tell me to keep my head up and bring my thoughts. Check yourself. I gave you the benefit of the doubt thinking you might have had a bad day. I received my take-out order and left, just to find your unpleasant food when I opened the bag. I decided not to come back because clearly you wouldn't smile and said sorry and made me a better order, would you? So why would I waste my lunch time coming back to your business? But with this type of response, Im more than happy to come back to confront you in front of any customers you might have so they know what type of person you are. So at what point did I say a lie? You clearly show your true color through the way you rudely responded to reviews here. I wish I've scrolled a bit more to see those reviews and avoided your business from the beginning. Don't try to bring my etiquette on the table when you don't have any. And Note to Everybody, according to this owner, make sure you check your take-out order upon receipt so you can request for changes if needed and receive her attitude on the spot ;) PS: the only person who's damaging your business is you. I left my review based on your food, which I made clear on why I gave that rating, and if not because of your rude responses, it'd have been a 3 star, not 1 star review. You don't know what I do for a living or my experiences in the industry, so don't assume I don't know what it is. Tip for you: don't go bully people who give feedback to you. 1 or 2 bad reviews could be personal opinions, and it is the casualty you have to deal with as a business owner. However, if the poor reviews are consistent about certain aspects like this, perhaps you should take a step back and see what you can do to improve.

In every Asian establishment I almost never consider the quality of service for a review. If the food is good that's all that matters. This place does have great good but the service isn't only bad, it's also uncomfortable. The owner, who I'm assuming is the lady, has the most unusual interactions with the cashier / server boy. Their interactions and sometimes her off-putting comments really are so uncomfortable to witness. I've been here dine in several times, and it's so hit or miss on how awkward it can be. Sometimes it's really awkward, other times it's actually not bad at all. For a consistent dining experience I actually recommend just doing take out as you limit seeing any of that awkward interaction. The food itself is good from the sandwiches to all the noodle dishes. If it wasn't for how unpleasant it is to dine in here, the food itself is probably a 4.5 and the other reviews do reflect that. Good viet food, really unpleasant atmosphere and workplace environment. Save yourself the trouble and do take out. Oh, and it is true this place does not have tap water as an option. The owner always tries to upsell on her teas, shakes, jams etc. Bring a drink with you if you don't want to pay for a water bottle.

The food and drinks here were absolutely delicious. You can tell the owner takes great care in what she does. Will definitely be back
