El Pollo Loco is now under new ownership and has drastically improved. The staff is friendly, the place is cleaner, and the food is delicious. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, especially when ordered well done. One customer enjoyed a double chicken street corn salad that looked just like the picture. Another customer had a great experience with a cashier named Mel, who not only provided good service but also saved the day by putting out a fire in the drive-thru. Overall, El Pollo Loco offers great food and exceptional service.
