Amazing, super delicious Ramen - reinvented in the U.S. so the soup is totally drinkable. If you've ever eaten Ramen in Japan, you know what I'm talking about. The dining area in-store is modern and clean, but sometimes the long waiting line can be a turn-off, at least to me.
After browsing Tustin and seal Beach during a warm evening, I didn't necessarily want hot soup. However, I saw that HiroNori had a cold dipping ramen. And man I'm glad I got to have their take on a refreshing summer tsukemen. The dipping borth was savory, tangy and had a little spice to keep things interesting. I'm not the biggest fan of ramen but I liked this one! It's a bit pricey (almost $20 per bowl) but that's SoCal! And the bowls are well served. They are rich in flavor. Be warned that there is a waiting system so you probably want to make a reservation beforehand. We registered in person an hour before closing and were let in within 20 minutes. I've never craved ramen before but I am this time!
