I usually buy açaí bowls at other locations and I know they amount they serve but this time what they gave me was ridiculous. Not even half the bowl was filled. Not worth it for $11.

2 young girls working at the same time. Went during shop hours. It can't be closed when employees go on break. Sign posted that employees are on break and will be opening when off their break. How can both employees go on break at the same time and close the store down while on break. Smh.

We ordered 130 kid-sized smoothies for a student event at our elementary school, and they were a huge hit!!! Mary made ordering and pick up super easy for us. She even provided a convenient cooler bag that made it a cinch to transport and keep them ice cold. Would recommend to anyone for a catering order!! Pricing was quite reasonable.

I used to love getting Jamba Juice as a kid with my family. So much so that I worked at Jamba Juice for two years when I was a teenager. I know all the classic, specialty, bowl and secret menu recipes by heart--with exception to the new items that released after I quit-- so I know how everything should taste as well. I usually make smoothies at home, but I was running errands, so I decided to make a pitstop. Only Monique with the orange hair and lip piercing was on shift, it appeared. A male teenage coworker walked in, went behind the counter, made himself three drinks and left. To my knowledge, employees only get one drink and one snack while working a shift and everything needs to be rung up/discounted. Also, he wasn't in uniform or on shift, so it just looks weird and unprofessional to customers. One lady had a larger order and Monique forgot to put her 2 warmed up baked goods in her order. The customer looked blatantly annoyed. The lady who was in front of me received her smoothies and the lid wasn't on all the way. Before she handed the drink to her son, I pointed it out to her and she thanked me. If I hadn't, her son could have easily spilled the drink everywhere if he wasn't paying attention. Not off to a good start lol. I ordered a large Açaí Super Antioxidant smoothie off the specialty menu. I used a $3 off reward. Their prices have gone up over $2 since I was last here, which is quite expensive in my opinion. With no discount, a large is basically $10. Monique was on her phone FaceTiming someone while making my drink. I could tell because she was sliding her phone along the counter and positioning her face in camera view and talking to it. The liquid base for the large Açaí smoothie is majority soy milk (9 oz to be exact) and topped with açaí juice concentrate (5 oz). Tell me why the whole blender looked dark purple? Also, there should only be one scoop of raspberry sherbet and I watched her put in two. Her proportions are off, she didn't follow the recipe and that also plays into false nutritional values. I let it slide and waited until my drink was ready. I took my first sip when I walked back to my car and stopped dead in my tracks. The smoothie tasted so off and overpoweringly berry. This smoothie is my favorite one on the menu. I've made it so many times in my Jamba career so make no mistake when I tell you I know what I'm talking about. I walked back into the store and Monique asked if something was wrong, unhappily at that. I respectfully told her that my smoothie just tastes off. I asked her if she put soy milk in it. With attitude, she replied, "Yeah I did, that's what the recipe says". To which I responded "I know, I used to work at a Jamba Juice for over two years. It never tasted like this". Keep in mind when I pointed out the base of the smoothie earlier, how it looked dark purple as if she didn't put enough soy milk, or none at all. All I could taste was the açaí concentrate. Instead of hearing me out, she goes into defensive mode and tells me she followed the recipe "exactly" (no she didn't lol) and that if she remakes it, it will taste the same. The cherry on top? She rudely tells me, "so what do you want me to do about it?". That blew me. It took everything in me not to pour the whole smoothie on the floor and watch her clean it up. Clearly she doesn't know how to read, even though the recipes are all taped to the walls. Maybe if she stayed off the phone she would actually learn how to do her job correctly. The smoothie tasted like trash and it was overpriced at that. I should have just went behind the counter and made the drink myself. If you want Jamba, spend the extra 10 minutes and drive over the Irvine location off Culver. They're a franchise branch & they actually train their workers the correct way to make the smoothies.

I love Jamba but the prices are ridiculous for some fruit I can shove in a blender with sorbet like...

I visited the store with my son to redeem my birthday reward. I tried using the app, but of course it gave me difficulty so we just went in to order and I'm glad we did. We were welcomed by an employee named Monique. I told her we didn't go there often and weren't familiar with the menu. She was very patient and sweet, giving us explanations on the different drinks and gave us good recommendations. I'm grateful we went in and had such a great experience thanks to Monique. Our drink tasted amazing too! We'll be back soon!

There online system does not work. I ordered a drink with an estimated time of 10 min. I went in and my order was in red at the top of the list. They prioritizes orders going into the store over the online. I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes because they were busy. While waiting they cooked food for other orders but would jot give me my food and did not start warming my food until my juice arrived. I asked to have the food not warmed and I was waiting too long and just wanted it. The server snapped at me and told me I had to be patient. Horrible service. Don't use online here. I have not had this experience at other Jambas

Unbelievably bad/slow. Four employees only one other customer and still waiting ten minutes later. They're socializing instead of working. This place should be out of business with service like this. Go elsewhere unless you e got LOTS of time to kill. Oh yeah. And the genius gave me the wrong change by $2. He knew it. When I mentioned it, I got an "oh yeah, my bad". Lazy. Clowns.

I didn’t think I’d ever review a chain, but Monique on the early shift is an artist with the smoothies and a delightful presence for your morning. Like a barista with the knowledge, she got me back into a smoothie habit to replace the coffee.

Love coming here and getting drinks off the secret menu. Love the boosts. I actually love their pretzels. I could eat a pretzel and get a drink every day. Service is great and friendly.

I decided to grab a smoothie and a pretzel on my way to work today. The staff that took my order was friendly and my order came out in timely manner. I noticed there were something hard in my smoothie while I was drinking and when I spat it out, they were these brown pieces of objects (?). I thought they were pieces of chocolate or something edible but I couldn't bite into them. They kinda just look like rocks or plastic. I understand mistakes happen but it kinda sucked I had to throw my smoothie out after like a few sips (and some of the smaller pieces probably got into my body already) :(
