I’ve been a regular at this location for about 2.5 years and these folks have genuinely made me feel like I’m a part of something bigger. I show up pretty much every day for my lunch since I work a few shops down and receive their smiles and “welcome!”’s like a warm blanket, covering me as soon as I step in the door. The consistency in their kindness and in the quality of their food truly gives me a sense of ease knowing that whatever I’ve had to deal with that day, I can rely on them for proper sustenance, both for the body and for the soul. They know my order by heart and have never once disappointed me. Even their suggestions have left me satisfied, despite usually being challenged by trying new things. To feel such a strong sense of community and trust with people that I spend only a handful of minutes with a week is so humbling and fulfilling. Truly a location worthy of praise. Thank you guys! I came into this location this afternoon, and was pleasantly surprised by the man making my sandwich. He was personable, and made sure my sandwich was absolutely correct. I ordered gluten free, and he made sure I was being taken care of, and immediately made sure to ask if I had a dairy allergy too, when I said no cheese. Not only did he get everything 100% correct, but he went the extra mile to make sure if I had allergies, he was going to do his absolute best to accommodate me. So extremely pleased with my experience today!!! I just don't remember his name. Tall, blonde curly hair. Please give this man credit!!! He did absolutely amazing. Was working a shift on February 8th, around 4:45pm!

Hit or miss with this Jersey Mikes. I order sandwiches all the time from these guys and they are correct about 50% of the time. For instance today my girl called over and asked for our usual Supreme Club Giant sub, with the oil + vinegar + onions on the side, and I drove over to pick it up, get all the way home to find out the sandwich is dry and the no condiments included that we clearly requested on the side. Not asking for the world from our favorite sandwich brand, but receiving a dry sandwich back home after requesting condiments on the side, is a little disappointing.

Came to this location for my lunch break. In the 5 minutes I was there, they messed up 3 sandwiches including mine. They clearly don't listen and/or don't care.

Complete idiot making sandwiches.. Probably go to Irvine location. I asked the kid 3 times add bacon . No eye visual contact . Learn customer service buddy !!!
We arrived at 7:30 at night for dinner, but a very bad experience, the employees make you feel like they are bothered by serving you... An hour and a half before closing and they are already cleaning the entire place and creating the feeling that you can't eat there ...We asked for the bathroom and were told it was out of service and 10 minutes later we clearly observed that one of the employees used the bathroom... We have frequented other Jersey Mike's Subs locations and this location is definitely ok. Neglected in every aspect , very bad employees, acceptable food, it is as if there was no Manager or the one who is there DOES NOT have the Capacity, Knowledge and Professionalism to Run and Maintain a restaurant, this Place requires a lot of Attention to Correct how bad it is.... No We returned here and I DO NOT recommend it.

I keep trying this spot but today might've done it. I'm not coming home holding this sandwich with huge expectations but I do expect that the sandwich I bought 15 minutes ago isn't made with super stale bread. That Sucks and definitely ruins the whole experience. I hate leaving reviews ! but I hated my sandwich more The kids running this joint were friendly

Very bad service. The restaurant should at 9 pm so I came at 8:30 and they told they already close the kitchen with very bad actitud.

Not even a big line they messed up my hot sandwiches and had to remake them. I watched every incorrect Jersey Mikes cooking technique on the grill I could imagine didn't do the 4 x 4 x 4 x 4 method he let the bread sit with the food in it on top of the grill for 3 to 4 minutes after the sandwich was complete drying out the bread and eliminating any chance for me to enjoy it(as they were scrambling to find a new wrapping paper !!!I bought three giant sandwiches my 56 extra meat is an absolute terrible sandwich, which is very sad!! Just dropped $65 on one good sandwich and two very poorly made sandwiches. Instructions were not followed. I will not be coming back. Please train people if they're going to be on the grill.( Manager watch him on tape how he cuts the bread and performs the grill duties you have six people working and the curly haired guy wanted to be hanging out in the back didn't wanna be assisting on the line I thought that was very odd. I stood there and watched them mess up my sandwich, but was powerless.
