My spouse exposed me to this amazing place a few years ago. The empanadas are the best I’ve ever had in OC. Luckily I work right next to them now so every so often I like to get some norteña empanadas or their ham & cheese sandwiches from the fridge. Every meal I’ve had from here has always been a hit & the workers are very nice as well.

I frequent here and have even had them cater a birthday party. Empanadas are amazing! Must try! BTW is in the back of the liquor store!

This is a super original and humble place. There are a few tables at the back of a convenience store. Great for takeout or a quick dine-in. Very friendly owner with an extensive menu plus many Argentine items like sidra, quilmes, and home made chimichurri. The porteña pizza is just like what I used to have in Buenos Aires and the empanadas de carne taste super authentic. They also have a spicy beef version with a nice kick which is turning into a personal favorite. Call and order by phone to avoid the online fees added by the web host. But either way, you have to try this place!

We ordered 16 dozen empanadas at $30/dozen: that's 192 pieces of consistent delight! These empanadas are amazing! We picked them up at 11 and served them around 12:30 and they were still fresh and warm. We ordered; beef, spicy beef (folks raved about this one), chicken, beans, and spinach & ricotta. I only tried the spinach, beans, and chicken and they were so tasty, and packed with flavor. Their chimichurri sauce is probably one of the best I've ever had. Honestly, I can drink it in a cup. I know when food is good because our staff comes back for seconds and always asks, where is this from? Thankfully they gave us some menus, so we were able to hand those out.

Good empanadas, in the back of a slightly sketchy liquor store, but very tasty! Actually, very cool liquor store with interesting things, just the parking lot is a bit sketch.

I ordered a very tasty and delicious tenderloin, I enjoyed it very much, my wife ate a Neapolitan pizza, also very delicious! Excellent service and very tidy and above all clean the place, I definitely come back whenever I am nearby and I highly recommend it!!

Got a dozen empanadas for $30 and a La Porteña pizza for $16. The empanadas were excellent with the perfect crust. The meat in the empanadas is on the dry side, I personally prefer a saucier version, but each individual has their own preference. Would be nice if they offered a beef version that has extra sauce. They come with yummy home made chimichurri and they sell a jar for $8, which I gladly bought (very good deal!). The pizza has a super thick layer of "cheesy" mozzarella which is the typical Argentinian way. Each slice has a good size slice of ham, red bell pepper, and an olive. The crust is beyond amazing.Don't order online because the web people will add a substantial fee, so just call over the phone. They are super friendly!

Great empanadas, call the restaurant to order. It's notably cheaper - there's a website that seems official that isn't and is charging waaaayyy more than they do. As of today it's $30/dozen which is a totally fair price. That being said, the empanadas here are pretty great. Spicy chicken is a favorite, the Arab has a nice sourness/lemon flavor to it. Spinach ricotta, sweet beef, all good. Worth the trip.

I will travel for quality empanadas. The sweet beef are my favorites. They could have minimized the raisins a tad, but ultimately very delicious. The crust was perfect, and the dipping sauces were great. A dozen for $30, not bad for good sized empanadas. Note, the shop is tucked in the back of a liquor store, but should certainly be in the limelight.
