Ordered a pizza with 3 toppings and extra cheese, the pizza had plenty of pepperoni, but lacking the other 2 toppings. I paid like $2 each for the extra toppings and maybe got a nickels worth of toppings. I paid $16.50 for the pizza, and got a $9 pizza in return! Poor quality shows poor management! Very Disappointed!!

Placed mobile order for pick up at 3:45 of course I knew it would be busy but I excepted that my order that I placed at 1 for pick up at 3:45 would be ready at the proper time the only thing I got “we have a lot of orders right now” from staff. They are also telling other customers the same thing and not even answering the phone even though it is ringing off the hook with 2 employees at the front not even doing anything. Never had an issue before at the location.Update: finally after waiting 25 past my pick up time they still said they were working on it I had to leave for work or I was going to be late Ended up getting a refund for the order. Very disappointing.

Ordered one pizza and one order of breadsticks online estimated time that it would be ready was 947 to 952pm. We got to the location at 9:45 and we’re told it was not ready yet, at 9:52pm We were told that our order was never added to the system, so it would be another 20 minutes. Employee was very rude instructed shoulders like he didn’t care and said yeah, it’s gonna be another 20 minutes. Nobody should have to wait an hour and 15 minutes for one pizza, and one order of breadsticks….

I haven’t eaten LC in years, was a cheap option for the time being. Prices are always good but I ordered for pickup 2 pizzas one of the pizzas was right the other was wrong. Ordered a supreme and got a basic pepperoni. Doesn’t surprise me order was wrong but it is what it is. Would probably come back in another 5 years or so.

yeah my order was Hawaiian and although I do appreciate the topping but not when just focus on one side of the pizza the right side looking like a cheese pizza

For the price it's amazing! Do they have amazing crust like Dominos?! No! But if you want to feed your big family or a party it's a great value! It's fresh, delicious and I highly recommend! The crazy bread is a must have! I wasn't a huge fan of their pretzel crust pizza since they put a queso cheese instead of regular cheese. But the crust was good. My son loves Hawaiian pizza and was a little disappointed they didn't have big slices of Canadian bacon on there, they use like tiny bits of Canadian bacon instead which has an interesting texture. But the regular cheese and pepperoni pizzas were delicious!

This location is very crowded, the space is very small and sometimes people have to wait long to get their orders, it is always better to order on the app because they can't even answer the phone to take orders.Service is good the guys do what they can, pizza is always fresh and hot i really like the wings not bad at all.

5 stars for the customer service from the nice staffs as always :D0 STAR for the misleading nasty PRETZEL crust pizza. It's NOT Pretzel crust. It's the same cardboard board crust with a touch of garlic butter and sea salt.Just because you sprinkled sea salt on a cardboard crust does NOT make it pretzel dough crust.Misleading commercial.
