I just ordered for the 1st time and found a bolt in my salad. They will not answer their phone and I just left after we picked our lunch.

The food was good, the ladies serving are polite and friendly. Manager (or owner) has a terrible way of handling his customer's negative experience. I was enjoying my bowl but near the end I found a hair in the bite I was about to take. I took it to the counter and the ladies apologized, offered me a refund and took the bowl to the back. Shortly after a man came out and, very rudely, said he'd give me 50% refund because I'd "already eaten most of the food". He stated "you ate almost all the food and now you complain you found a hair". I don't control where in my meal that hair came up and I would much rather have found it at the top because knowing I ate while the hair was in my meal is nauseating! In short if you don't mind eating hair, and rude accusatory management, this place is good.

Do not order grubhub from here, they rip you off on purpose. We made a corporate order and they serve you inferior product than what you would get in person. They also mess up your order on purpose and serve you the product no one else gets. I ordered salmon and tuna but got spicy tuna (horrible) and imitation crab( also horrible). The owner of this place is just nasty obviously to run a business like this. Never ordering from this place again or going in person for their thievery

Quick food shop for poke bowls located in a strip mall with Wahoo's and Gen KBBQ. Stopped by for a quick lunch recently. The shop is small with seating for about 25 people inside. There is limited seating outside but you will have cars and people right up against you. The queue is orderly and makes sense. Menu is straight forward and can be seen from the door. There are plastic barriers up between you and the workers and with the workers masked, it is difficult to hear each other without yelling. The small came with 2 scoops of fish along with everything else. You could also get a kid's bowl if you are a small eater. It's 1 protein scoop. They didn't hassle adults for ordering it. The protein portions were small. I had double tuna and it was OK. The price was $14.95 for the small bowl. All of the menu photos are old. Pretty steep. Overall, good fresh, healthy food. The price was pretty steep especially with stingy protein. I am torn but appreciate the healthiness of the place so will stay with 3 stars.

My friend and I both chose the small bowl (2 fish). There’s plenty of food. Many choices of each category including sauce. I went with signature; friend went with volcano 2 which is medium spicy and liked it. I chose non-spicy because, with pickled ginger and seaweed salad it is already flavorful enough for me. No line at 5pm on Friday. Food is fresh.Recommended! Also plan to try this chain at other locations.Parking: Arrive around 5pm. Plenty of parking.

I strongly recommend considering alternative Poke Tiki locations over the Tustin branch. Unfortunately, the Tustin location consistently serves the smallest portion sizes, which leaves customers unsatisfied. It seems reasonable to assume that if a customer only selects four toppings from the available twenty, requesting extra of their preferred topping should be accommodated without extra cost. However, at this particular location, they impose an additional charge for a single topping, yet provide the smallest possible amount for this added cost.Furthermore, during our recent visit, they had run out of spicy mayo and were unable to include it on our bowl. Instead, they provided a separate side serving of the missing condiment. This inconsistency in service and the approach to portioning toppings suggests a lack of consideration for customers.I would strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned money at the Tustin Poke Tiki branch. There are numerous other Poke Tiki locations that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide better value for your money.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the unagi bowl and it took about 10 minutes to come out after I ordered it. Others I was with ordered stuff and it took about the same time as well. The unagi bowl was good and the price was decent. I wish there was more fish and less rice for the price though. The ambiance is decent. I'd come back here every once in a while.

I'll think twice in comeback thie place! In fact is cuz the service, I was there around 2:30 this sunday. Both of the women one asian and other hispanic were kindda rude, like upset ...by other hand they give just too small portion and the spoon It's so little for the price.

Its kinda insane how they give you a massive bowl but only give you such a measly portion for the small. It really doesnt feel right. Its a giant mountain of rice/whatever your base is and just a small serving of protein in the middle. Additionally the atmosphere feels really dead inside the restaurant. Maybe some music playing would liven it up. The employees dont seem like they really want to be there either it seems. I wont be coming back.

I came here with my mom & sister for a light lunch on Friday and we were all satisfied with our bowls! We each got a Kids, 1 Protein Bowl (1 protein & 3 toppings) and it was the perfect portion size that had us each full. The staff was friendly and patient with us as we decided what we wanted in our bowls. It was clean inside with 3-4 tables and additional seating outside.

Decent poke bowls. This place is pretty expensive, around $15 for a small bowl which includes 2 proteins. They have a wide range of toppings but nothing special.

Walked in here unplanned and talking about perfection. Parking: Ample parking! It's OC. Brick & mortar: Simple, functional, clean and everything was perfectly situated. Food: Ordered small bowl. Everything were fresh and you can see that they're fresh! I don't need to explain more cause this is the poke bowl that I missed since I moved to LA. Everything was available. The only thing that I wished they have but unnecessary to have is corn. They had the free cold water dispenser ready for all guests. A small gesture, but I really appreciate this gesture the most.

This was my first time going to Poke Tiki after hearing some good reviews about them. Their service is great and portion sizes/food are decent for what you're paying for. However, while I was eating my bowl, I bit onto a staple that was somehow in my food. It chipped my tooth slightly and soured my appetite. Super sucks because I was enjoying my food up until then.Hopefully this is a one-off thing but I'm just glad that someone else didn't choke on this staple.Proof below.
