We stopped in today at about 3:00. We waited at the front to be seated for awhile then decided to go into the bar to eat. We sat there for 10 minutes with the bartender seeing us and other waiters passing us. It would be nice if they said they would be with us or something but no one acknowledged us.
Every other restaurant in the district was packed. You guys are failing.

1st time & was great. I highly recommend signing up with them. For free ?

We got the free burger for my wife's birthday, it was great, they checked when we wanted unlimited fries and salad refills really well, and the staff were very nice. I think the manager was busy with someone else and another employee came to clean a table for us to keep things moving. 4/5 atmosphere because it should be darker lol, 5/5 good and service considering the price. Oh and the table checkout tablet is convenient too.

I wanted my burger well done. It was bloody. New burger cooked a little more but no seasoning. Ran into one of the chefs who told me that when it gets busy, some of the chefs don't do as good of a job as they should.

I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Martin! It is the 3rd time we come back in few months because of the great service he provides and overall experience. Food is delicious and fresh! Their entire team is on top of it , even if it’s busy they are able to manage to still provide a good service.

Today for example, brought some friends w their family. They really enjoyed themselves. Luckily for us we got Martin as our waiter. Great service as usual! The top it off, as we were leaving from restaurant , my friend’s truck was out of battery. AAA estimated time was about an hour out. I decided to go back inside Red Robin to ask if anyone had any cables that we could borrow. The store manager offer support and went above and beyond to help w his own personal cables to get my friend’s truck charged up. It is rare to get this type of above and beyond service anywhere. They did not had to do this but they were empathetic of the situation and Elias helped us out!! This is another story to share with others to show the type of employees Red Robin has! Wow!! Thank you so much for all your service today Elias and Martin!!! Red Robin is lucky to have you!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. the food was alr but the service was truly trash. everything was too slow, and the food was literally cold when it got to our table. the wait time to get took 30 minutes on its own. And we waited around 20 minutes for each dish.

The food was ok.but my waitress was the bomb and she had the coolest tattoos on her arms was was very busy but she handled it with class.

The BEST experience we've had at a Red Robin EVER! We are visiting from out of state and our kids always do their birthday dinners at Red Robin. I can't even count how many times we've eaten at many many Red Robin restaurants. This one was the best - start to finish. Service, cleanliness, staff, good was fast and delicious. It was great!

Consistency is a good place to eat. Keep up the good work. Haven't met the manager but, good service always starts at the top.
