Service is slow,I've been there a few times and always been at least ten mind wait,even when ordered on line and picked up. And the loyalty program has seemed to not give me my points.

You have yo ask for condiments after they call your name and leave your bag on the counter, therefore you have to wait till someone has time to attend to you again.
