Was looking for some food late at night and decided to finally try Taco Mesita. I picked the steak burrito. It is expensive, but it was delicious! Steak was extremely tender and the flavors melded together amazingly. Will definitely go back!
Bean and cheese burrito took forever and was salty. Horachata was ok, but it's always perfect at taco Mesa in orange, it's delicious.
Edit: burrito was actually not too salty and the jalapeño sauce was super spicy and delicious, horchata and wait time was the disappointment

It's so unfortunate when you find a place that has some delicious and thoughtful food but they don't seem to know how to run a business. My partner and I used to go here pretty much every week, and we told many friends to check them out as well. We especially enjoyed their Taco Tuesday and Happy Hour offerings. The food is on the pricey side, but we were glad to pay a little extra for such well-crafted and flavorful tacos. We did notice some inconsistencies occasionally...
