I've been here on a Sunday when it was not crowded. Service was eh, could've been better. Came here for a drink with a friend and ordered an appetizer. However, I came once again on a Saturday night.. Not too sure if this is the place you want to be during covid even though they have outdoor seating. Their patio was packed, like pre-rona days.. Definitely didn't stay or try getting a table after seeing the amount of people there.
This place is amazing. It has a speakeasy feel to with a cozy British Sherlock Holmes twist plus killer drinks and a large liquor selection. You know it's gotta be awesome. Their wines are quite good even though they have a limited selection. Everyone seems to enjoy themselves whether it's a weeknight or weekend. Always down to stop for a drink here
The Auld Dubliner is a fine bar, but it's simply too big and feels too corporate. But if you're stuck at the District, it's a great place to grab a few beers while others shop. You will either find yourself in the large dining area or the other large dining area with two entrances. The L-shaped bar area rests in between with a well-worn wooden bartop with no rail.
