Underrated afternoon chill for getting draft beer and healthy pours of wine. We usually come during the week for the burger and beer deal. This time we came and the menu had added options such as the crab cake and fish and chips. Every time we come the server is friendly and gets our food out quickly. The seats are always abundant. Order. Eat. People watch.

Call ahead, they open when they feel it is right for them. Very hard to plan a lunch and assume they will stick to their posted hours. Not optimal for business meetings!!

It's too bad the service is so terrible because the bar is awesome. Bartender Elizabeth clearly hates her job and disappears for long periods of time with no warning. Beer selection and atmosphere are awesome, hopefully they get some better staff.
Whether you're shopping at Whole Foods or not, The Hangar Bar is a pretty adequate spacious joint to chill at. It may sound awkward to chill in a market but it really isn't. I must say it's a convenient spot. To note - this bar is not a full-on "bar" either. Many come for a quick grub or drink as they catch whatever sports game they got playing while others come to relax before going back to their daily grind. There is bar top & table seating (which is also shared with Mendocino Farms). Place your order at the bar though. Prior to covid, the bunz & I had visited a good handful of times for their food & drinks plus their pricing too. We have always enjoyed getting their charcuterie, wings & nachos! This month was our first visit back & it was a pleasant visit. No complaints. They still have a good selection of wine & beer. Cocktails - not bad but I will say it was better prior to covid. Our truffle fries was a great snacker, perfectly crisped. Service was good. Atmosphere was comfortable. Decent noise level. Overall, we would return in the future :)

Great place to chill and drink a beer or eat some grub. They have a bunch of beer choices and a lot of stouts one nitro which are my favorite. Don't worry IPA sluts, they got a great selection of those too. I ordered the steak and fries and it was delicious. The place can get busy but clears out fast so you can get a table.

When my coworkers told me to meet up at the whole foods for drinks i thought they were being ridiculous. We actually hanged out here for a while and got a good bar experience here. I love the long list of beers to choose from here. Also, shots here almost seem like a double shot to me. Friendly gal serving behind the bar. The drink menu could use some retinkering. I know this isn't a bar but it would also help this place if they went around checking on people. Either way, good spot to check out. Even spend your weekend night at.
