Tried to place a lunch order for five coworkers because the website wouldn’t allow lunch options. The employee took my whole order, then told me to order online anyway. The manager got on the phone and was rude, repeating the same thing. When I asked why the first guy didn’t mention it, she said he “just got on shift.” Terrible communication and unprofessional service.

I wanted a quick ham sandwich and the baked beans were delicious and Tuesday is the special day for the discount eat more honey baked ham yummy 😋

Good lunch, served to satisfaction

I bought a small ham and it was burned. I took the ham, receipt and cc receipt into the store today and was basically told it was suppose to be like that! I’ve bought honey baked hams for over 30 years and NEVER had any ham be inedible. So I thought taking it into the store I would get an apology and a quick refund. Nope I was told it was fine. Only after I said if it is good she should taste it that she agreed to give me my money back.Sadly, they lost a customer today. And I was a regular customer. I could have overlooked this had I been given a proper interaction with the manager. Anyway, I recommend if you want Honeybaked you go to a different one. I live near this one and will never be back. Happy holidays everyone.
