Honey Baked Ham has been our go to for our holiday meats. This last pickup I noticed how much smaller the turkey was. Pay more, get less. Just seems to be a sign of the times we're in. The turkey was okay but the ham was the star, go figure!

Placed a last minute order for our firm's Thanksgiving potluck. Online order was quick and easy. Pick-up was set for the next morning, before office hours, on the day of potluck. Arrived at the Tustin store, greeted by a great, friendly staff. At the time of check-in, we discovered our order was for pick-up at the Orange location! Panic started to set in but then, the office manger, Bianca, and company, saved the day! She offered to call the Orange store and switch my pick-up location to Tustin. Thank you, Bianca, and the Tustin team! Huge help. Appreciate the extra, excellent customer service! See you all again soon - Cari R.

We just had our best experience at Honey Baked. We were greeted by Corene when we entered and she helped us decide what sandwiches to order. She made them and they were better than anything I have ever had there. She made the whole experience.

Bianca is amazing to work with. She is not only kind, patient and professional- she goes the extra step to help plan your family's holiday meal.
After waiting in line to get a sandwich they said they aren't doing sandwiches. They have menus that show sandwiches, there's a overhead lunch menu that shows sandwiches. There's even a Yelp check in for a sandwich combo If you're not serving sandwiches put a sign on the door so people don't waste their lunch break and not get anything to eat. I will NEVER return.

I bought a small ham and it was burned. I took the ham, receipt and cc receipt into the store today and was basically told it was suppose to be like that! I’ve bought honey baked hams for over 30 years and NEVER had any ham be inedible. So I thought taking it into the store I would get an apology and a quick refund. Nope I was told it was fine. Only after I said if it is good she should taste it that she agreed to give me my money back.Sadly, they lost a customer today. And I was a regular customer. I could have overlooked this had I been given a proper interaction with the manager. Anyway, I recommend if you want Honeybaked you go to a different one. I live near this one and will never be back. Happy holidays everyone.

Great food and service. They are very organized especially in busy season like thanksgiving. They have a very good system so that customers doesn't have to line up for a long time.

If I could give a 0 I would but I can't. I paid basically $17 for bones and a salad. I am so disappointed it's my lunch break and now I have to go back to work hungry and basically on an empty stomach. Not worth the money.
