I tried to order online (I figured I'd get a more accurate order). I also find out they were offering a free stack of pancakes for a limited time (till Jan 18th) and I say to myself: "Oh nice!" and go and add it to my shopping cart, but then it still charges me, and so I try to call the store to ask them how to place it without it charging me and the phone keeps on ringing (no one is answering).
