I went to waba grill tustin location on September 10 around 12 noon, I put my ordered at 11:45 am, I go to this place twice a week to order on there app on their add outside the store it say "order on your app skip the and go" so after I ordered online I skipped the line there is no line that time! when I went to the window after I waited 10 minutes the girl asked me did you go to the ordering window? I said no I always skip the line thru your ordering window, she asked me can I see your order number on your phone I was like why? I order twice a week and they don't ask for proof of my order on my phone I just tell my name. And she shut the window on me while I'm taking. Never again I come back to this place! By the way when I go on weekdays Leydi was always professional she always give outstanding service! But the girl last Sunday I did even ask her name because she was very rude. I hope the district manager will see this post so they can train that rude girl.

While I like this Waba because they are open later than other quick fast food Restauraunts the drive through is insanely slow. There are times where I had to repeat my order 3 times at the window and 3 times in the payment window. Then, when you finally order I’ve waited over 8-10 mins to get my bowl. Keep in mind it’s maybe 1 bowl or 2 max, and no complicated orders.
I’ve been coming here a lot for a while now. I will never be back again. So today my chicken bowl had the flavor of girls perfume or something of the sort. Everything just tasted like someone poured febreze or perfume in my bowl. Very disgusting now the taste is lingering in my mouth and I even had my wife try it and she agrees there is something seriously wrong. Thanks losers NEVER AGAIN DONT COME HERE

Cheaper than subway love it $4.99 bowls I will come here every day I need a meal for lunch thank you for being not being expensive.
I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with a lot choices on the menu offering a wide range of flavors that satisfy me. Well done!

I wish I can put negative stars. Got my green onion this time finally but serving is sooooo small. Compared to some waba grills I've been to. Are you getting payed by the hour? Or payed by how much u put it in it. It makes no sense to have that small rationing . I ordered one small waba bowl and one regular. Both pathetic rationing couldn't even finish my rice with it due to the lack of meat. You are pathetic waba grill will never go back to this location in my life.

Just walked in and got ignored by the young male cashier who was in the back talking to the cooks. when he finally walks over to take my order he can't seem to work the cash register. I'm usually patient if I feel people are still learning but he gives no explanations as to what he is doing. I ask if everything is ok and he says he needs to call his manager to unlock the cash register. I walked out. Don't bother with this place.

First time I have ever been to this waba grill...I have never received such a skimpy portion of beef in my steak bowl ever, all I got was a thin layer of beef, and 90% rice, totally unacceptable.

This place is AMAZING! Staff welcomed us with smiles and the interior was spotless, extremely satisfied. Also, the food was DELICIOUS. My teenage son enjoyed every bite of his Signature bowl. My son and I agreed this will be our stop moving forward regardless of the distance. Great job owner and staff, we are satisfied customers.
